With 15 years of experience, I have learned that no two cases unfold exactly the same way. Good investigative work requires patience, observation, sound judgment, and the ability to adjust when circumstances change.
My professional background is supported by a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology, along with continuing education and additional certifications developed throughout my career. That combination of education and practical experience influences how I evaluate information, interact with people, document what I observe, and approach difficult or sensitive situations.
I maintain the professional licensing and continuing education required for the work I perform, and Ken Bray Investigations is licensed, bonded, and insured. My goal is not simply to complete a task, but to handle each case professionally and provide information or service that is useful to the client.

Clients often contact me because they already have a concern, suspicion, or specific objective. I take those concerns seriously, but my job is not to assume that the suspected conclusion is correct. My job is to investigate the circumstances objectively and document what the available evidence establishes.
That approach applies whether I am conducting surveillance, investigating a sensitive domestic matter, locating an individual, serving legal documents, performing a TSCM inspection, or handling another investigative need. I begin with the information available, identify what needs to be established, and determine an appropriate way to proceed.
